PRODUCT REFUND, EXCHANGE AND RETURN
REFUND
- Items sold are not refundable.
EXCHANGE
- Product is eligible for exchange due to manufacturing or component defect within 2 working days of delivery.
- Product shall not be eligible for exchange after 2 working days of delivery. Product reported with any manufacturing or component defect, we shall repair it under the product warranty terms.
RETURN
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and subject to our assessment of the returned product.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and the product you wish to return by phone at +65 66943803 or WhatsApp us at 97106928. We will respond within 24-48 hours with instructions on how to return items from your order.
- Please send your purchase back to our store at 152 Tuas South Avenue 2, Singapore 637181 during workdays and during our working hours, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00 and Saturday from 08:00 to 16:00.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own transportation costs for returning your item.
- We will issue a store credit to you for your future purchase from us.
